So the other day I went to Whole foods with some friends and we were walking around their bakery section and I spotted Blondie's. Guess how much it was for four Blondie's? $6 I know ridiculous. but we split the cost and bought them and the Blondie's were delicious but these are even more moist and chocolaty(is that a word?) so you should try them, they may not be organic but do I really care?No! Go bake now.
Brown Sugar Blondie's

Flour 1 ¼ cups
Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
Salt ¼ teaspoon
Unsalted Butter ¾ cup
Light or dark brown sugar 1 cup firmly packed
Eggs, 2
Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon
Semi-sweet chocolate chips, ½ cup
Walnuts ½ cup chopped
1. Prepare baking pan
Position rack in the middle of the oven and preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter an 8 inch baking pan.
2. Mix the batter
In a bowl stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In large bowl using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat together the butter and sugar until creamy. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat until smooth. Then beat in the chocolate chips, and walnuts. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix on low speed just until blended. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
3. Bake the Blondie’s
Bake until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out almost clean, about 30 minutes. Let cool completely in pan on a wire rack. Using a sharp knife, cut into squares and serves.
